Terms of Service

Villa Aikkila palvelee Sinua parhaansa mukaan ja ottaa vastaan erikoistoiveita - älä epäröi kysyä.

Talon säännöt:

Sisäänkirjautuminen klo 14 alkaen.

Uloskirjautuminen klo 12 mennessä.

Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita, mutta niistä voidaan veloittaa lisämaksu siivoustarpeesta riippuen.

Huomaathan, että majoituspaikassa on poroja, kanoja, alpakoita ja koiria. Asiakkaat saavat tutustua tilan eläimiin, opastettu kierros lisämaksusta.

Asiakkaat voivat käyttää poreallasta ja rantasaunaa lisämaksusta.

Varauksen ennakkomaksu tulee maksaa eräpäivään mennessä, joka erääntyy 7 vrk varauksen teosta. Jos ennakkomaksua ei ole maksettu, palveluntuottaja voi perua varuksen. Loppusuoritus on maksettava 28 päivää ennen majoituksen alkua. Mikäli majoituksen alkuun on vähemmän kuin 28 päivää, peritään kaikki maksut välittömästi. Varaajan tulee olla täysi-ikäinen.

Varaukseen sisältyy valitun majoitusmuodon vapaa käyttöoikeus, vuodevaatteet, laadukas lähiruoka-aamupala, yhteiskeittiön ja ruokailuvälineiden vapaa käyttö, sauna, polttopuut, tilan eläimiin tutustuminen ja normaali loppusiivous.

Customer Responsibility

Varaaja sitoutuu alla mainittuihin ehtoihin tehdessään varauksen verkkokaupassa. Varaajan tulee olla täysi-ikäinen. Ilman huoltajaa majoittuvilta alaikäisiltä vaaditaan huoltajan kirjallinen sitoumus.

Asiakas on vastuussa tahallaan tai huolimattomuudellaan aiheuttamistaan vahingoista, jotka hän aiheuttaa palveluntarjoajalle tai kolmansille osapuolille.

The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer to the seller or third parties.

Cancellation and Modification

Peruutus tulee aina tehdä kirjallisesti Villa Aikkilaan. Varauksen vois perua ilman kuluja ennen ennakkomaksun eräpäivää (ennakkomaksu erääntyy 7 vrk varauksen teosta). Jos varaus perutaan, kun ennakkomaksu 30 % on jo maksettu, ennakkomaksua ei palauteta. Jos varaus perutaan 28 päivää tai vähemmän ennen varauksen alkua, peritään 100 % maksu. Mikäli peruutus tapahtuu varaajan tai hänen läheisensä vakavan sairauden tai kuolemantapauksen johdosta, palautetaan majoitusvuokra. Tällöin on toimitettava lääkärintodistus peruutuksen syystä.

Force Majeure

Tämä yritys shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond Tämä yritys's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which Tämä yritys could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

Notices and Complaints

Mahdolliset reklamaatiot koskien majoituspaikan tiloja, varusteita tai muuta ongelmaa, tulee tehdä oleskelun aikana, välittömästi kun puute havaitaan. 

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.

Ordering
